Payments for international orders must be completed via bank wire transfer. Please contact one of our customer representatives for details. Tax and shipping charges are not automatically calculated on international orders. You will be contacted by our Sales Department within 2 business days of placing an international order to confirm shipping, sales tax and other fees which may be associated with export.

Errors and Omissions
We make every effort to insure accurate pricing. However, we do reserve the right to cancel any order based on availability changes or pricing errors posted on our site. This applies to items priced above or below the current correct price.

International Orders
All international orders must be paid with a bank wire transfer. Canada is exempt, as are other international businesses with proper documentation.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us at ATRGlobal.com. If you need to return an item due to damage or the program does not meet your companies needs, ATR Global, Inc. will gladly give you credit for use on ATRGlobal.com. Items must be shipped post paid to our distribution center. Initial shipping costs will be deducted from the credited amount. Items should be insured on the return shipping.

Our policies are as follows:

• Damaged software will be gladly replaced for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. You must call to express your desire for an exchange. So we may improve our products in the future, please include a letter outlining your reason for invoking our exchange provision.
• Software can be exchanged for a period of 15 day from purchase date.
• As with other software manufacturers, we are also unable to accept returns for credit of software once it has been opened.
