Educational experiences include PhD’s., and Masters Degree’s in Occupational Safety and Risk Management, as well as Psychology, Engineering degrees, and Certified Safety Professionals (CSP). Our staff has written and published Health and Safety compliance manuals and Emergency Response Plans for both the manufacturing and construction fields. We have also written environmental compliance manuals, as well as numerous Health and Safety training programs. Our experience includes responsibilities for General Safety, Utility and Construction Safety, Gas Pipeline, Light & Heavy Industrial Safety, Warehouse Safety, Security and Public Safety as well as safety in a Medical Facility setting. This includes knowledge in Federal, and State DOT laws and regulations.Our staff has managed worker’s compensation, GL, and auto claims, and provides extensive loss control programs. All of our professionals are authorized by the United States Department of Labor as OSHA Training Instructors. The National Emergency Response Institute and the PA State Fire Academy as Senior Level Instructor ratings, as well as instructor trainer ratings with the American Red Cross qualified to teach Community First Aid and Safety, which includes Standard First Aid, CPR and AED. We have personnel who have completed the 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER and Hazardous Materials training at the supervisor level. We have extensive experience in planning, coordination, directing, implementing and evaluating programs in loss prevention and control, damage prevention, risk management and environmental protection. Responsibilities involved the technical management of all safety, health and fire safety programs; the conducting of full scope employee facility safety and health programs; and the development, implementation, and technical supervision of programs that included accident prevention; ergonomics; hazardous materials control; lockout/tag-out procedures; comprehensive building inspections; staff training, development and evaluation; and the development of all disaster and emergency plans. We conducted internal and external disaster and emergency drills and exercises with in-house emergency response teams and outside emergency agencies. We have given testimonies and depositions as an expert witness at the state and federal levels in health and safety litigation matters.
